My ultimate goal in working with clients is for therapy to be supportive and helpful.

This is how I can support you: I can help you understand what’s happening, examine the root of your concerns, and help you build a new belief system about self and the world. We will navigate your challenges so you can make decisions that work for you. And at the same time, practice self-acceptance and create inner peace.

This is how I show up in your therapy: I am welcoming, non-judgmental, affirming and will gently challenge you when appropriate. I actively listen and find thought and behavior patterns that are unhelpful to your well-being. I am active in sessions and give practical tools to cope/manage current concerns.

This is who has benefited from therapy: People who struggle with fear and worry, self-doubt and have trouble expressing self in their relationships. I have 13 years of experience working with people who identify as neurodivergent and struggle with disordered eating, anxiety, co-dependency, developmental/relational trauma and life transitions.

I look forward to hearing from you.
