I specialize in providing individual therapy to professional dancers, people with eating disorders and those in codependent relationships. I also have extensive experience working with people who are neurodivergent, college students, struggle with anxiety and depression, women in perimenopause/menopause and adult children of alcoholics.
Mother-Daughter Therapy
$165 per session
I utilize The Mother-Daughter Attachment Model to support healing and growth in the mother-daughter relationship. We will examine cultural expectations of mothers and daughters, familial patterns that potentially create conflict between mothers and daughters and what beliefs they have about one another that perpetuate conflict and disconnection. In building awareness, we will then find resolve or reconcile the conflict and disconnection.
