The therapeutic relationship is a significant part of what makes therapy work. I aim to be collaborative, curious and connected in every session with clients. I am not here to fix you, but to listen and be a witness to your experiences. If you want to make changes in your life, we will examine the root cause (if necessary) and discuss how you can transform. I can give you tools to practice in and outside of our sessions. I am always open to feedback and I encourage you to advocate your needs in our therapeutic relationship.

Fees

I provide a free 20 minute video consultation to ensure we are a good fit and will work well together.

Most sessions are 50 minutes and the fee is $175. The fee is due at the time of service.

My fee is lower than the average rate for therapy in LA given my education and experience. When setting my fee, I consider numerous factors including my training, feedback from current and past clients about their therapy experience, the skills needed to be a fully present and attuned therapist, as well as making a living wage that will enhance my abilities to continue to do this work at the highest level and give quality services. I also take into consideration my clients ability to pay and try to keep costs as fair as possible.

I do not take any insurance (I am happy to discuss the reasons I do not) but can provide a superbill at the beginning of the month. You can submit this to your insurance for possible reimbursement if you have out of network benefits.
